| How to use this program: |
| - Download the following sample data files: One location | Multilocations | Multiseasons and Multilocations - See the input form above. Click 'Browse' and select a data file you have just downloaded. - Select an appropriate type of trial. - Enter response variable(s), e.g. YIELD FRTLNGTH FRTDMTR. For this purpose, you could open the data file first, and then copy-paste the response columns title into the box. - Select data analysis options. - Make sure you have closed the data file. - Click 'Show'. |
| Requirements: |
| - Each trial used a randomized complete block design (RCBD). - Balanced design: the number of replications are the same across all genotypes. - Data must be complete (PBSTAT-PPB does not support missing data). - Column title in Excel are: G = Genotype, S = Season, L = Location, REP = Replication. - Data files is in .xls format (Excel 2003), NOT .xlsx. |
